About Nicholas D. Yonano, Esq.

I am a shareholder in the Law Firm of Warda & Yonano, LLP, with offices in Folsom, California and Turlock, California. I practice in the area of real estate law and transactions as well as estate planning and probate. Our firm also handles land use and entitlements for real estate projects and assists with title and real estate disputes of all types.

I graduated from Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C in 1991 and Pepperdine University in 1988. I am a member of the California State Bar and a father of three wonderful children. Free time? I try to play golf when I can; that’s my sport these days, though I’m only currently a 16 handicap. My favorite getaway, without question, is Lake Tahoe, summer or winter.
